Welcome to my website.

About me

I have been teaching patchwork and quilting for more than ten years. I made my first quilt in 1978 from hexagons cut from Laura Ashley fabrics.  Now I dye my own fabrics and enjoy exploring patchwork techniques from all over the world.

It gives me great pleasure to share my knowledge with students and give others the chance to enjoy this wonderful and varied craft.

I am a member of the Quilter's Guild and Contemporary Quilt Group.

Well how lovely to have a number of my own quilts featured in QuiltEssential book by Erin Burke Harris and even better to have my string pieced quilt featured on the front cover of the American edition.
